Joining: Immediate Flight Key Responsibilities: Sushi/Cold Kitchen Cook Prepare authentic sushi and cold dishes as per Japanese/Chinese cuisine standards. Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of all ingredients. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in cold kitchen areas. Handle customer-specific dietary requirements and food safety protocols. Hot Kitchen Chef Prepare authentic hot dishes using wok and traditional Japanese/Chinese techniques. Manage cooking processes, portion control, and plating presentations. Ensure quality, flavor, and consistency in all dishes served. Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficiency in high-demand environments. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Japanese/Chinese restaurants. Overseas experience preferred. Strong knowledge of wok cooking (mandatory). Skills: Expertise in Japanese/Chinese culinary traditions. Ability to work under pressure in busy restaurants. Fluent English communication skills (mandatory). Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
